A slow start

I have been slow starting my tasks for this month.

However in the last few days I have started hula hooping most days (I will make sure that I will do it every day)

Today I also did a ten minute workout. I did the abs workout. It was really good.

As I was in the mood and my partner had took the wee ones out I did some Yoga. I tried one of the DVDs out of a four pack that I had got but not used.

I am really pleased with what I have managed to do, now I just need to make sure that I keep up the good work.

One down

One off the list.

I have written out the taskes to be done and I have put them in a visible place.

I did set myself the task the other day, it was only yesterday that I really knew how to make it work. I found some old post it notes and I used them to stick around my desk.

Now all I need to do it make sure that I keep noticing them.

Todays task

I have manged to write out my list of the things to do (I am so glat that I have got my table as I was able to see my lists during the day when the computers were occupied)

Now that the living room is clean I have got a spot next to my desk where I will pin up my lists.

I think that what I really need to do is get some pretty paper to write my lists on

Getting organized

I am going to set myself a task for tomorrow (it is a bit too late to do so today)

What I am going to do is write out all of of the things that I aim to achieve this month/year.

I have now ordered a cork board for me to put them on once the have arrived. Until then I need to make sure that they are put in a visable place and then set out a plan on how to achieve it.

January list

This is my list of items to do:
  1. Write out the list in an easily visible place.
  2. Start meditating regularly
  3. Start doing yoga once a week
  4. Start hula hooping for five minutes once a day
  5. Do a ten minute training six times a week.

Plans for 2012

Happy New Year.

New Year, New Start.

Once again I will start the monthly challenges.

These are my yearly challenges:
  1. Get a corkboard to keep track of the plans that I have made for myself and put that next to my desk.
  2. Think about what I need to do and write them out on a list.
  3. Look through the list and decide how I can improve things.
  4. Make the changes needed.
