I must confess that I have been so out of sorts that I have not even looked at what I had set myself this month.
I think what I will do is just not bother with the monthly tasks as it is not working well at the moment.
I have been good with the Zumba though.
Though I really do need to make sure that I start meditating every school day. It really should ideally be part of my daily routine. I also need to get the wee ones to meditate as well.
What started out as a journey of self improvement of the body, how I felt about myself and my skills has now included my spiritual journey that I have started upon.

February tasks
This is what I want to achieve this month:
- Meditate for at least ten minutes on a weekday. If possible also meditate at the weekend.
- Hula hoop for ten minutes a day.
- Do a ten minute work out three times a week.
- Yoga once a week.
- Zumba once a week.
