February tasks

This is what I want to achieve this month:
  1. Meditate for at least ten minutes on a weekday. If possible also meditate at the weekend.
  2. Hula hoop for ten minutes a day.
  3. Do a ten minute work out three times a week.
  4. Yoga once a week.
  5. Zumba once a week.
The only exceptions for the excercise will be when it is that time of the month when I can take time off.
