What started out as a journey of self improvement of the body, how I felt about myself and my skills has now included my spiritual journey that I have started upon.

February tasks
This is what I want to achieve this month:
Meditate for at least ten minutes on a weekday. If possible also meditate at the weekend.
Hula hoop for ten minutes a day.
Do a ten minute work out three times a week.
Yoga once a week.
Zumba once a week.
The only exceptions for the excercise will be when it is that time of the month when I can take time off.
