This is what I have managed to achieve this month:
Get myself organized. I need to find out what I want to do in life and start to think about how I am going to achieve it. Work on keeping calm and motivating myself and keep myself motivated.
I have done parts of this. I have not been meditating, but I have managed to keep myself a lot calmer when dealing with the wee ones. I need to start meditating before bed though. That will get easier once I have got a CD player. I have not got myself organized though but i have been giving thought about what kind of a home business I would like to have (I have written a list of the things that I like to do) and I have spent some time looking through the home business guide book that I have got.
I need to sort out and organize my quest journal.
Oops I have not managed to do this.
I have not done that well but I think I will have to make sure that I will do better in January (I will make next months a nice and easy one for me)
What started out as a journey of self improvement of the body, how I felt about myself and my skills has now included my spiritual journey that I have started upon.

Yoga
Tonight I did what I have been threatening to do for a while. I have done some yoga.
I got out of the habit of doing it and before I knew it I had stopped doing it.
Not too long ago though I saw an inexpensive Yoga DVD in one of the local shops and I thought I would get it. It was a lower body workout. I then had a look on the Internet and found the matching DVD for the upper body workout.
I did both of the DVD's tonight. It was really good and afterward as I decided to meditate as I did not think the relaxation section was like what I am used to. Though I must confess that I am really glad that I did as meditating has made me feel so much better. I have really been struggling with my bad temper recently. It is nice to just feel that serenity that I have not felt very much recently. I just need to find a way of carrying on this feeling during the day when I struggle the most.
I am very happy that I have managed to do this tonight. I think from now on I shall make both Wednesday and Sunday nights the time when I do the Yoga DVD's.

November Goals
