Tonight I did what I have been threatening to do for a while. I have done some yoga.
I got out of the habit of doing it and before I knew it I had stopped doing it.
Not too long ago though I saw an inexpensive Yoga DVD in one of the local shops and I thought I would get it. It was a lower body workout. I then had a look on the Internet and found the matching DVD for the upper body workout.
I did both of the DVD's tonight. It was really good and afterward as I decided to meditate as I did not think the relaxation section was like what I am used to. Though I must confess that I am really glad that I did as meditating has made me feel so much better. I have really been struggling with my bad temper recently. It is nice to just feel that serenity that I have not felt very much recently. I just need to find a way of carrying on this feeling during the day when I struggle the most.
I am very happy that I have managed to do this tonight. I think from now on I shall make both Wednesday and Sunday nights the time when I do the Yoga DVD's.
