Last night I managed to clear the fire place and the side that is above it. It is looking really good now.
I did not get the chance to do much work in the kitchen, but I did do a lot of work in the living room. I cleared my partners desk and I cleared a lot of stuff away from my desk. I also cleaned the des (it was very dirty)
I am really pleased with what I have managed to do so far. I am really beginning to see the improvement.
I told the twins today that they have got to start helping me keep the flat clean. I asked them if they like seeing the home clean, thankfully they said yes. I then told them that they need to help me keep it clean.
The one thing that is bugging me is the lack of appreciation from my partner. He has not mentioned my work at all, he did not even thank me for cleaning his desk. I am not feeling that happy about that.
He is not helping me either at all. Ah well I will just have to show myself the appreciation instead. I will have to give myself another reward at the end (the first reward will just be seeing the clean and uncluttered flat)
Tonights task while watching Avatar will be clearing one of the piles from the book case next to my desk.
