I have decided that I do not need to make any notes from the book as it is well set out so it is easy to find out what I need to look at easily.
I am glad that I have looked through it and I do think that there is things in there that can help. It will be good to show my partner as well as I think that he can learn a lot from it.
I think I have managed to find a way of keeping calmer. It is hard work and there are times when it does not work. Though at the times when it does not work then at least I am able to calm down quicker. I just have to keep working and working hard to make the change happen.
