What started out as a journey of self improvement of the body, how I felt about myself and my skills has now included my spiritual journey that I have started upon.

Happy Christmas
And a funky day has been had by all.
Now that the wee ones have gone to bed I am going to make sure that I finish my visualization board off tonight. I think that the sooner I start doing that the better.
