What started out as a journey of self improvement of the body, how I felt about myself and my skills has now included my spiritual journey that I have started upon.

Bad start
Oops I have been a bad girl and I have not got any of my goals done at all.
Time to get them written down and worked on.
At least I have realized now when I can do something about it, better late than never.
