I had intended to meditate every day now that all of my wee ones are in school full time.
This has not happened though. I really need to do something about that as I have not been dealing with the wee ones very well. I do not sprnd that much time with them now they are at school so I need to make sure that the time that I do spend with them is not spent shouting at them.
