Here is what I have managed to achieve this month:
Ø Start doing Yoga most nights
I have done this
Ø Do an energetic workout DVD one a week
I have been doing a hip-hop work out once a week
Ø Work on the shed.
I have done a little of this
Ø Sort through my records and get stereo ready to put on freecycle
I have not done this
Ø Restart a beauty care routine (keeping my hands soft, cleansing, toning and moisturising my face at night etc)
I have done this
Ø Get to bed earlier.
I have managed this some nights
I think I have done a really good job this month. I have done more than I had thought. I need to make sure that I just focus on the declutching and shed but that can be for the next month’s goals.
