Here is what I am hoping to achieve in January:
Ø Start doing Yoga most nights
Ø Do an energetic workout DVD one a week
Ø Work on the shed.
Ø Sort through my records and get stereo ready to put on freecycle
Ø Restart a beauty care routine (keeping my hands soft, cleansing, toning and moisturising my face at night etc)
Ø Get to bed earlier.
I think that will do for now, I do not want to do too much.
