I meditated today

I have been meaning to meditate for some days and I managed to get it done today. I did not meditate for long but I felt that it did some good. I think I could happily manage to meditate for about fifteen minutes a day.

I have got lots of meditation guide MP3's but there were none that I was really happy with. I decided to just listen to some calm music and meditate from what I have learned so far.

I think it went really well. I felt really calm afterwards and when I can feel myself getting stressed I can remember the feeling that I had when I was meditating.

I also got some books to read from the twins nursery teacher. I will not bother speaking with my eldest son's  teacher. The books seem to be good and I will start reading through them tonight and see if there is anything helpful in them.
